"Lori went out of her way to go through the details to find exactly what kind of house we were looking for. She always got back to us as soon as she could and really helped with us with the paperwork. She puts herself in your shoes and helps to find things that are both positive and negative with the house, so you don't miss anything. She was really great to work with and if/when we plan on upgrading, we are definitely using her!"

"I never knew how important it was to find a GOOD realtor until we in the midst of buying our "Forever Home". This particular house which we fell in love with had big ticket items which needed expert negotiating. Because we didn't know the true value of a GOOD Realtor, we started our quest for our "Forever Home" with another realtor. This other Realtor was just not available or just wanted to discuss these very important and expensive issues over text and email. Because of the lack of communication with the other Realtor, we almost lost our dream home and were looking to settle on a lesser desired house or even consider temporary housing. Then, we switched to a very competent, compassionate and experienced Realtor who put all the pieces back together and made our dream possible. She was available to discuss everything when neccessary and made the whole transaction so much less stressful. When I think the word, Realtor, there's no other name that comes to mind- Thank you a million times Lori Salmon!!!!"

"We recently returned to the US and were looking to buy a house. Lori took the time to show us 40+ houses. She gave us all the needed information on each house , comps and recent sales. By the time we bought our house we had a binder almost 2 inches thick. Lori was very patient with us and went above and beyond our expectations. Her negotiation and investigative skills saved us a lot of money. We have bought and sold many homes, Lori by far was the best realestate agent we dealt with."

"She helped me to buy my property. She has great knowledge on the market(at least in the area I was looking to buy the house). she is also very knowledgeable in the houses. She pointed out some shortcomings in some of the house that I did not even think about... she knows what makes a house more valuable than another similar house. She is very patient. Answers any questions, if she does not know the answer she will get the answer for you. She is very prompt with responding to your messages. Always thinks ahead of time. She works with your timelines. She does a great job scheduling the visits. She showed me somewhere around 7-8 houses in a couple of hours in one afternoon. I believe as a buyer, you are 100% responsible for everything such as market research, gathering any relevant info, finding houses, inspections etc, however she as the agent, will definitely reduce the load on you in terms of helping you getting things done. one thing I very much like about her is about submitting the offers. she never tells you that "your offer is ridiculously low" or " I don't think they will go this low" or things like that. Never gives you negative energy and she also does a good job in negotiating the price for you.Even after the settlement there was some issues with house utilities, she did a great job doing the follow ups and contacted multiple companies and the township on my behalf. Lastly she does not look at you as $$$(commission) like a lot of other people. She does care. I hope to work with her again."

"Lori was the best Buyer's Realtors out of 3 Realtors we dealt with. We've been recommending Lori to our close friends and colleagues. As a first-time home buyer, we actively looked for a house over 2 years. Probably viewed over 100 houses and submitted over 20 offers. She always put our needs first and rarely was unavailable during the week/weekend/day/night. When she was out of town, her colleagues could show us the houses. Never had an issue with commucating with her. Lori was patient with us & never pushed us to buy a property or attempt to raise to price that we were not comfortable with. If we wanted an inspection or certain price, she always agreed with us. Lori was very knowledgeable about houses, local environmental, school districts, areas to avoid, etc. She found several big flaws of multiple house to avoid (like possible mold, water leak, etc.). We learned so much from her - from home buying, loan process, and even after buying - like maintenance/renovation/etc.The house we ended up buying was on the holiday weekend. Even when we asked for a last minute tour (literally 3 hours before the offer due),She canceled her personal plan to help us. We ended up submitting the offer right after seeing the place and got it. We moved in 3 months ago, and we're very glad we had Lori as our Realtor. Her team was all supportive and quickly completed all documents."
